1st year wrestlers and wrestlers under 10: practice schedule T, Th 6:00-7:30.
Middle School and High School: practice schedule M, T, Th, 6:30-8:30

When ordering your uniform and you are in between the sizes or near the cut off, we recommend ordering the larger size to allow for growth and comfort. If you prefer to have the singlet fit tighter and you are near the weight cut-offs, order the smaller size.
